Fume Tests - iameven.com

- Even Alander

Fluid dynamics are really fun to play around with. Fume is a plugin for 3ds max to simulate just that.

During the summer I've tested several ways to explode, burn and smoke various geometry. My plan was initially to make more of these and show even more progress in learning, but I ran out of hard drive space. Detailed simulations can easily fill terabytes with data. There is more music to fill here, but I sort of lost interest when I couldn't continue and edited the clips I've got. Slowing down these effects makes for some really beautiful results. I did the time stretching in Adobe After Effects and edits in Adobe Premiere (I'm not comfortable working with many clips in After Effects).
